Traditional grape varieties: 60% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 10% Cabernet Franc. Every effort is made during winemaking to produce a smooth, fruity, easy-to-drink wine with soft, round tannin: a true delight. Ideal with grilled or roast meat and hard cheese. Ageing potential: 6-10 years according to the vintage, but always pleasant to drink young.
